Returns & Exchange Policy
At Real Indian, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
✅ Accepted:
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
Items in original packaging with no stains, odours, or damage
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
❌ Not Accepted:
Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
Undergarments, accessories, or customised products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Step 1: Email returns@realindian.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Product photos (if defective/damaged)
Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: We’ll email you:
A Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
Return instructions & nearest pickup address
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
3. Return Shipping
Free returns (India only): We provide a prepaid return label for defective/wrong items.
Customer-paid returns: For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
International returns: Customers bear return shipping and customs fees.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If your desired size/colour is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Do not cut tags or wash the product.
Email support@real-indian.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the issue
Order number
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Prefer credit instead of a refund? We offer:
