Track your package using our website or the courier’s portal
For international orders, tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch
5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes – a physical address is required
Remote locations may require additional delivery time
Some high-value orders may require signature confirmation
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Failed delivery attempts
Customs refusal (international)
We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

9. Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbours orthe building reception
Contact your local post office
